As part of our membership of The Guild of Property Professionals, we are excited to be able to continue our formal estate agency training for all of our employees. Over the coming weeks, PropQual will offer a Level 3 Estate Agency Qualification at either certificate or diploma level in residential sales and lettings and property management.

While any mandatory qualifications within the industry are not quite with us yet and unlikely for some time, we want to be seen as offering the highest level of service possible. Having a fully qualified team is important for John Bray as a business in ensuring we are compliant, as well as supporting our customers in the right way.

All of our employees must qualify under the Associate Training Scheme, which carries the approval of Cambridgeshire Trading Standards. The additional scheme includes sales and lettings training on the latest compliance and sector regulation to ensure we are going over and above for our customers.

The Level-Three Estate Agency Qualification and Training will provide our team will a diploma level qualification in residential sales and lettings, and property management, officially accredited at Ofqual.

Ofqual is The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation who regulate qualifications, examinations and assessments in England.

Our Compliance Officer Paul Offley stated, "People working in the industry want to be recognised for the professional service they offer to consumers and having fully qualified teams will raise standards and enhance consumer confidence."

We are pleased to be able to officially qualify our employees further and have them recognised as such by a regulatory body such as Ofqual.
